Is Littmaddy safe for babies and young children in the home
Yes. Therapet products emit species-specific pheromones that are only recognized by the intended animal. They have no effect on humans — including babies and young children — so you can use them with complete peace of mind.
Is it safe if i have other pets at home
Yes. Littlemaddy's pheromones are species-specific, meaning they're only detectable by the target species (dog or cat). Other animals in your home whether that's a parrot, hamster, lizard, or any other pet won't be affected by the diffuser.
Will the cat diffuser affect my dog or bice versa?
No. Cat diffusers use feline-specific pheromones that dogs cannot detect, and dog diffusers use canine-specific pheromones that cats cannot detect. They're completely species-specific, so it's safe to use both in a multi-pet home.
Does LittleMaddy contain essential oils?
No. The diffuser contains no essential oils or added fragrances — only a proprietary blend of species-specific pheromones. The calming spray does include lavender (5%) alongside the pheromone complex.

Where should i plug in the diffuser?
Place it in the room where your pet spends the most time. Avoid outlets near windows, air vents, or doors, as drafts can interfere with proper diffusion. Do not plug it into a power strip or surge protector. The vial should always hang directly below the plug-in unit.
Should i unplug the diffuser at night?
No — for best results, keep the diffuser plugged in at all times. Continuous use is what allows the pheromones to build a consistently calm environment for your pet.
How many Diffuser do i need?
Each diffuser covers approximately 700 sq ft. If your pet moves between multiple rooms or you have a larger home, using one diffuser per key room will give you the best results.
Can i use the diffuser alongside supplements or medication
Yes, you can use Therapet alongside vet-approved calming supplements. If your pet is on medication, we recommend checking with your vet first.
