The pod
What is LittleMaddy?
An ultrasonic + UV cleaning pod for anything you wear in your mouth, plus a monthly box of cleaning tablets, so it's properly clean every morning without scrubbing.
What can I clean in it?
Retainers, clear aligners, night guards, sports mouth guards and dentures (full and partial). The 300 ml stainless-steel tank fits a full denture.
How long does a clean take?
About 3 minutes. Press the button once and the pod does the rest. The display counts down so you know when it's done.
How do I use it?
- Fill the tank with warm (not hot) water.
- Drop in your appliance and one tablet.
- Close the lid and press the button.
- When the cycle ends, rinse your appliance under the tap and it's ready to wear.
Will it damage or scratch my retainer?
No. There's no brushing, so there's nothing to scratch the plastic. Always use warm, never hot, water, because heat can warp plastic appliances.
What does the UV light do?
The UV light in the lid runs during every cycle, alongside the ultrasonic cleaning and the tablet.
Which plug does it have?
Your pod comes with a UK, EU or US plug, matched to your delivery country. If your country uses a different socket, you'll need a simple travel adapter.
Is the travel case for the pod?
No. It's a pocket case for your retainer, aligners or night guard for when they're out of your mouth. It has a small mirror inside. The pod stays at home.
The tablets
What's in the tablets?
Lemon and mint extract, disodium EDTA, sodium bicarbonate and laureth-7. They contain no persulfates.
Why 36 tablets a month?
One for every morning, plus a few spares for extra cleans after meals or a busy week.
Are the tablets safe?
Use them only for cleaning. Never swallow a tablet or drink the solution, and keep tablets away from children. Always rinse your appliance before wearing it. If you notice any irritation, stop using them and speak to your dentist.
The Clean Club
How does the Clean Club work?
Your Starter Kit costs £64.99 today in the UK (pod, 36 tablets and a free pocket case). Then every 30 days we send 36 tablets for £14.99, with free delivery, until you cancel. Outside the UK you'll see the price in euros or your local currency.
Do I have to subscribe?
No. You can buy the kit as a one-off (£74.99 in the UK) and order refills (£17.99) whenever you like. The Club is simply cheaper and means you never run out.
How do I skip, pause or cancel?
Log in to your account, go to Subscriptions, and skip, pause or cancel in a couple of taps. No fee, no contract, no phone call. You can also just email us.
When is my next box sent?
Every 30 days after your first order. You can see your next billing date in your account.
Delivery
How much is delivery?
Free, on every order and every Club box.
How long will it take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. In the UK most arrive within 6–11 working days; elsewhere most arrive within 7–20 working days. Your pod and tablets may arrive in separate parcels.
Is it tracked?
Yes. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, we ship worldwide with free tracked delivery. Outside the UK, your country may charge import VAT or duties when the parcel arrives; these aren't included in our price.
The 30-morning promise and refunds
How does the 30-morning promise work?
Use it every morning for 30 days. If you don't feel the difference, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your kit. You don't need to send it back.
What if something arrives damaged or faulty?
Email us with your order number and a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
