Where we deliver

We deliver worldwide. Our main market is the United Kingdom, and we also ship to customers in Europe, the US and most other countries.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on every order, including every Clean Club box.

Delivery times

  • Processing: orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
  • United Kingdom: most orders arrive within 6–11 working days of ordering.
  • Outside the UK: most orders arrive within 7–20 working days, depending on the country.

Your order ships from our fulfilment partner's warehouse. Your pod and your tablets can arrive in separate parcels, a few days apart. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer during peak periods.

Plugs

Your pod comes with a UK, EU or US plug, matched to your delivery country. If your country uses a different type of socket, you'll need a simple travel adapter.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. As soon as your parcel ships, we email you a tracking link.

Prices, VAT and customs

United Kingdom: prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT. You won't be asked to pay any extra fees or import charges on delivery.

Outside the UK: prices are shown in euros (or converted to your local currency). Depending on your country, import VAT, duties or a carrier handling fee may be charged when your parcel arrives. These are set by your country's customs authority and are not included in our price.

Clean Club boxes

Your next box of 36 tablets ships every 30 days after your first order, so it arrives before you run out. You can skip, pause or cancel at any time. See our Subscription policy.

Late, lost or missing parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days (25 working days outside the UK), email Contact@littlemaddy.com with your order number. We'll investigate and, if it's lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We can update it until your order has been dispatched.
