This policy explains how LittleMaddy ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you visit littlemaddy.com, buy from us, or sign up to our emails. We are the data controller. What we collect

  • Contact and delivery details: name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number.
  • Order and subscription details: what you bought, your Clean Club status, and refund requests.
  • Payment details: handled securely by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments and PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.
  • Messages and reviews: emails you send us, and reviews, photos or videos you choose to submit.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, and similar information collected through cookies (see below).

Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • To process and deliver your order and run your subscription: needed to perform our contract with you.
  • To provide customer support and handle refunds: contract and legitimate interests.
  • To send marketing emails, such as our welcome offer: only with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
  • To keep records for tax and accounting: legal obligation.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the website secure: legitimate interests.
  • To measure and improve our advertising: only with your consent via our cookie banner.

Who we share it with

We only share what each service needs to do its job:

  • Shopify (our online store platform, including Shopify Subscriptions, Shopify Messaging and Shopify Forms).
  • CJdropshipping and its warehouse and logistics partners, who pack and ship your order. They receive your name, delivery address, phone number and what you ordered.
  • Delivery carriers, to deliver your parcel and send tracking updates.
  • Payment providers, such as Shopify Payments and PayPal, to take payment.
  • Judge.me, to collect and display product reviews.
  • Advertising partners such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, only if you accept marketing cookies.

We never sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some of these providers are based outside the UK and EEA, including in China (fulfilment) and the United States and Canada (store platform and apps). Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the shop and checkout work. With your consent, we also use analytics and marketing cookies. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies in our cookie banner and change your choice at any time via "Your privacy choices" in the website footer.

How long we keep it

  • Order and payment records: 7 years, as required by tax law.
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe.
  • Support emails: up to 2 years after your last contact.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email Contact@littlemaddy.com. We'll reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Children

Our shop is for adults. Under-18s should ask a parent or guardian to order for them. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
