The 30-morning promise

Use Littlemaddy every morning for 30 days. If you don't feel the difference, email us at Contact@littlemaddy.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your kit. You don't need to send anything back.

  • For the Clean Club Starter Kit, we refund your full first order (pod, first 36 tablets and pocket case).
  • For the One-off kit, we refund the price you paid for the kit.
  • Just tell us your order number. We may ask one or two quick questions so we can improve, but we won't make you jump through hoops.
  • The promise is one per customer and one per household, and applies to your first kit.
  • If you're in the Clean Club, a refund under the promise also cancels your subscription, so no further boxes are sent or charged.

Your right to cancel (14 days)

Under UK law you can cancel any online order within 14 days of the day you receive it, for any reason. Because our 30-morning promise is longer, you'll almost always be better off using that. For refill tablets, you can cancel a box within 14 days of delivery as long as the tablet packs are unopened. Opened tablet packs can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless they're faulty.

To cancel, just email Contact@littlemaddy.com with your order number. You don't need to return the goods.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us at Contact@littlemaddy.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. You won't need to return the item.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If your pod develops a fault, you're entitled to a refund within 30 days, and to a repair or replacement after that where the law requires it.

How and when you're refunded

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of approving your refund (usually much sooner). Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
